Start Free. Upgrade When Your Community Outgrows It.
Every plan answers from your own docs with sources, refuses to guess, and hands the hard cases to your team. Invite campaign tracking, moderator tools, raid protection, tickets, onboarding, server logs, analytics, and a help center are included too. Paid plans raise the ceilings, add the AI moderation pass, and unlock integrations.

Paid plans are billed per Discord server through Stripe. Install free first — upgrading takes one click from the dashboard and applies immediately.
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, one per server. A card is collected at checkout and is not charged until the trial ends; cancel before then from the dashboard and nothing is billed.

Reaching a monthly answer limit pauses new answers until the period resets — it never deletes your knowledge base or your conversation history. Every paid plan also carries a hard monthly spend cap as a circuit breaker.
Moderation is priced the same way. Discord's native rules, the spam and scam-link heuristics, the moderation API, the moderator commands and the escalation ladder run on every plan, free ones included. Only the AI pass that judges borderline messages against your own written rules is metered, because each scan costs a model call.
Tickets, invite campaign tracking, onboarding, welcome messages, server activity logs, manual moderation, raid controls, analytics, macros, and a public help center are available on every plan. Paid tiers add capacity and the integrations listed above rather than hiding the core community tools.
